Just a couple of simple points you MUST consider with online marketing:

1. Multiple streams of income is the key! As long as your business relies on one income source, you're just one misstep away from bankruptcy and ruin...

2. YOU must control the traffic! The search engines and other free sources of traffic are great, but unless you can create a "toll position" in your market your income will never be reliable. (Translation: You must build a list.)

In an industry that's absolutely bursting with hype and empty promises, I'm betting that this is the first time you've heard anything like this. You see, it's far more profitable to feed you a line of BS about how you can "make $100 a day off of Adsense", and then sell you the latest and greatest "page mill program" or automated blog and ping tool. But, that's not what this is all about.
